Technopark Pomerania

Technopark Pomerania, part of the Szczecin Science and Technology Park, is a modern office and technology complex dedicated to companies in the IT sector, new technologies, and the research and development field.

The project began in 2009 and was executed in multiple phases. The scope of work included both the modernization of existing buildings on Niemierzyńska Street and the construction of three new buildings on Cyfrowa Street. The total usable area of the complex is 13,420 m².

As part of the implementation, a comprehensive electrical infrastructure was carried out, including:

  • Medium and low-voltage connections (SN and NN)
  • Transformer station
  • Main and building distribution boards
  • Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and guaranteed power systems
  • Server room power supply
  • Lighting and lightning protection installations
  • Installation of a 1050 kVA backup generator

These solutions ensure high reliability, energy security, and continuous operation of the facility, which is crucial for tenants in the technology sector.

After completion of the construction phases, the investment has been provided with ongoing technical support, including inspections, maintenance, and regular facility servicing. The long-term continuation of this collaboration confirms the durability of the implemented solutions and their adaptation to the evolving needs of the complex’s users.
