Arena Katowice

After three years of intensive work, we are proud to present our involvement in one of the largest sports investments in Poland – the Arena Katowice. The complex, completed in 2025, combines a football stadium with a capacity of 14,896 seats and a multifunctional hall for 3,000 spectators, meeting the highest UEFA and PZPN standards.

Key scopes of work by Elektro-BUD:

Reliable power supply:

• SOCOMEC UPS system + 2 EPS backup generators (each with a capacity of 1650 kVA, unit weight: 14 tons), ensuring uninterrupted facility operation.

Modern lighting:

• 192 LED fixtures enabling 4K broadcasts, as well as dynamic façade illumination controlled by a BMS system.

Safety:

• Over 1,500 Awex emergency lights and a monitoring system.

Comprehensive electrical infrastructure:

• Design and installation of 70 switchboards, precise measurements, and system integration.
