As part of our business operations, in July 2016 we applied for and obtained a license issued by the Minister of the Interior and Administration for the provision of personal and property protection services carried out in the form of technical security measures. An Information Security Division was established within the company, and a classified information office was set up. The division is headed by a Classified Information Security Officer holding a security clearance issued by the Internal Security Agency (ABW). The management staff and employees performing tasks in this area hold security clearances at the appropriate classification levels.

In 2025, we once again obtained a First Degree Industrial Security Certificate, under which an Autonomous Computer Workstation is operated for the processing of classified information up to the maximum classification level of “SECRET”. The Industrial Security Certificate is a document confirming the contractor’s ability to ensure the protection of classified information against unauthorized disclosure in connection with the performance of contracts or tasks. It is issued by the Internal Security Agency (ABW) or the Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW) following a verification procedure known as an industrial security clearance process.
The industrial security clearance process is conducted to determine whether the contractor has the capability to protect classified information in various aspects, including financial, organizational, and personnel-related matters. As part of this process, background checks are also carried out on individuals who are to be granted access to classified information.

The repeated award of the First Degree Industrial Security Certificate confirms that the company has full capability to protect national classified information up to and including the “SECRET” classification level. In addition, the company has once again obtained a Third Degree Industrial Security Certificate confirming its capability to protect classified information of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization: “NATO SECRET” and “NATO CONFIDENTIAL”, as well as of the European Union: “EU SECRET” and “EU CONFIDENTIAL”.

In April 2024, at Elektro-BUD Sp. z o.o., in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 5 August 2010 on the Protection of Classified Information (Journal of Laws 2010, No. 182, item 1228, as amended), a new ICT system titled “Secure Computer Systems (SCS)” was accredited by the Head of the Organizational Unit and put into operation. This system is separate from the previously existing Autonomous Computer Workstation (ASK) used for processing classified information up to and including the “SECRET” level, and is intended for processing classified information up to the maximum classification level of “RESTRICTED”.
In June 2024, the SCS system received ICT security accreditation granted by the Internal Security Agency (ABW) for the processing of international classified information (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) marked with the “NATO RESTRICTED” classification. The accredited SCS ICT system enables the printing of classified documents, including large-format documents (A0), up to the classification levels of “NATO RESTRICTED” and “RESTRICTED”.
